    Second Monday of the month, February through November. There are no meetings during December and January. We are now able to meet at Fire Station #41 again. 7600 Old Military Road, Bremerton, WA 98311 6:30 pm, horticultural Q&A time 7:00 pm, regular meetings Guests are always welcome!
  2. What's New?
    Bring your BEST ROSE OF THE DAY to our general meetings beginning in May. There will bo no general meeting August 2017. Best Rose of the Day contest and any business will be done at the club picnic at the home of Sally and Roger Eastman.

  1. Meeting format
    We start at 6:30 with seasonal rose care tips and other horticultural information. At 7:00 we have the main program which is a guest speaker on a topic for rose education. Refreshments are free and served after the speaker. Around 8:00 we have the business meeting for the club.

  3. Deadheading is a type of pruning
    When your roses fade, get out there with sharp pruners and remove the spent blooms. Not only is it a tidy thing to do, it will encourage the next flush of blooms on modern roses by not allowing the plant to form hips/seeds. This is also a good time to fertilize again.
